is ridiculously large, and I suddenly realised that I don't know much about a lot of it. Since there's only so much you can learn from Google Images, I demand that anyone who doesn't live in Australia come and tell me about their part of the world. (And you can join in if you've been on holiday anywhere exciting, Star :D) I want to know things which are probably very boring to you, like what it looks like, and how you get to school, and home from school, and if you've ever seen any exciting actors/celebrities/sports peoples who live where you do, and other stuff like that. And how friendly people are in general. At the moment I'm particularly interested in Cardiff and Abergavenny (Wales), and Vancouver (Canada).
The place where I live in very small compared to a lot of other capital cities. It is very planty, with lots of trees everywhere. Seriously. There isn't a single place in the whole city where you CAN'T see a tree. It's almost ridiculous. They're doing quite a bit of building at the moment, because more people are moving here, and it wasn't really designed for so many. We have some pretty cool landmarks, and some cool galleries and stuff, so that's fun. I normally get driven to school with my family - the school is about six minutes drive away from my house. I catch the bus home, and walk from the bus stop to my house. One of my friends lives near me, so we walk half of the way together. There's a couple of actresses who live where I do, but I've never seen either of them in real life. Everyone here is very friendly, if you walk past someone on the street or whatever they almost always say hi, or g'day, or hello or something, and you often end up having long and interesting conversations with the people who serve you at shops :D.
