Tomorrow I have to go back to the S-word.

School, I mean. In my family we don't speak of school or work when we're on our summer holidays. So it's the S-word and the W-word.

Anyway, since my brother and I are still going to different schools, I get one more day off than him (yey!!). I do feel kind of bad because I have been rubbing it in his face a bit, so I think I'm going make it up to him by baking him a Maltesers cake.

One more day. Just one more day.

I've had a pretty good holiday. Painted some furniture. Had lunch at a Garden Centre. Was a bridesmaid at my uncle's wedding. Went down to the West Coast with my cousins. Had a barbecue with my dad's side of the family.

Oh! I have to put up that video of the burning wheelbarrow! It was about midnight and we were all gathered outside to watch the meteor shower. It was quite chilly so we wrapped ourselves in blankets and set the wheelbarrow on fire. My dad and uncle got their guitars out and we had a bit of a sing-song.

The singing really was great. Especially `Will Ye Go Lassie Go`. That was amazing. I think we pretty much nailed that one. We definitely knew all of the words. Heavy sarcasm.

Let's get back to the point.

I had a good holiday.

But now it's all over.

It probably won't be too awful. I'm looking forward to seeing all of my friends. My uncle (and possibly Sam and others) is maybe coming over this weekend because I accidentally wore his cardie home and we still have that dolphin in our boot. Also, he wants to drink beer in a field with my dad and some other men. So if I keep that in mind, I shall hopefully be able to survive the first week.

The first week is always the worst.

Och well.

I should probably do something more worthwhile than sitting on the computer, drinking tepid water.

I saw Brave, by the way! It was a bit... boring. There were some really good bits - when the men were on the tower and you can here somebody going "Oooh! I can see my house from here!" and then when they use their kilts to climb down. The scenery was also amazing. But I felt that there wasn't really a proper story line. Also, the girl was talking way too slowly and that really bugged me.
