So my second blog of the month but this should be worth it… Of course that is if all of you guys read it and actually listen(well not all of you-most are actually pretty well off but those that aren’t really need this so…)

So this blog might cause all of you to turn on me in hatred but I don’t really have much to lose-considering a lot of you hate me for being disloyal, or you hated me before that and you were grateful for my disloyalty or you just don’t know me at all and therefore I don’t have a bond with you to sever and also YOLO.

So my fellow hotel mates(users) this blog, as you may be wondering before you begin to read, is about respect.

NOW DON’T YOU CLOSE THIS TAB AND DECIDE IT’S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME BECAUSE I SAID THAT. NO. KEEP READING OR I WILL… well, there’s nothing I really can do to you but just keep reading. Please.

Okay, so when I first joined the wiki it was like perfect and I know a lot of that is credited to what is referred to as the ‘honeymoon stage’ of the wiki when you just met the place and it’s love at first sight. But things have changed, there’s no denying that. Yeah, some things are better but there is one thing bringing this place down and it might be the wiki’s downfall is you don’t pull yourselves together. No, before anyone asks, that’s not why I left-the real reason is to stay something that I alone know because a secret can be kept by two if one of them is dead. And I really don’t want to kill any of you mostly because I’m far too lazy and I don’t want to go to jail… and maybe also because that would be just a little immoral.

You are not giving the administrators what they need.

Okay, so first of all, before anything else, you should keep in mind the administrators are old-they are the aunties of this wiki and that’s reason enough to show them respect. You do not turn your nose up to an auntie and refuse to do anything they ask of you. You have to treat them with the respect that you should know to give then. Same goes for the administrators-or any senior user for that matter.

Second, these guys run this place. Without them this place would be nowhere. It would be full of trolls, bullies and vandals. I’m seriously impressed with how well they manage to hold this place under control considering the way things currently look.

Now look guys, rebels are cool. They bring freedom, represent youth, and mean independence. But this isn’t being a rebel. This is being a respectless loser. If you can’t tell the difference then just do whatever you are told. It’s not worth the risk of trying to rebel against something or someone that actually works towards your advantage.

Okay I know that some of the noobs may feel like they are being unfairly hated by the older users and I understand some of that feeling. I hated being tagged as an annoying noob before I left, it drove me mad and I felt judged for something I couldn’t control. But you have to realize that while it’s true that to have a judgmental first impression of you because you are new is wrong, that the impression will fade so quickly if you prove that you can respect. Of course, you will still be tagged as a noob, but that’s something that will always be. You have to prove your loyalty for hanging around for a year before you can be considered a regular user(not that I failed that test or anything psh).

Now to help you better understand this there was a redirect I was making the other day. I actually found that a place I volunteer at is a lot like what this wiki ‘’should’’ be like. There are two people in change there(three here) and they set the rules and help us figure out what to do, there are those that have been volunteering for a while, who are respected and appreciated for the time they have put into the place. The new volunteers listen to advice given to them by the older ones and the older ones happily help them out. Those who are new can make mistakes, yes, but they learn in time with help and they listen to the authority and take the advice/instructions of the older members. Now imagine what would happen if the volunteers completely ignored those who were in charge, and didn’t give a crap as to what the older members had to say. It would be chaos, nothing would get done, and the place would be a complete disaster. It would eventually have to shut down because of a failure to function. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF STAFF AND OLDER MEMBERS. You guys see where I’m going, right?

So to just make the long story short please listen to the staff. Remember guys, the clan leaders word is the warrior code. And if you break the warrior code then you really deserve to be exiled.

Alright, now I’ve probably ruined any good reputation I have left but I mean, I think if you guys will actually listen to this a little bit it was more than worth it.

So I’m out now, please tell me you’ve read the whole 2 page long thing :) ~MiaSanMia~ 21:37, July 9, 2013 (UTC)
