Okay, so like most of you know, we're having some problems with people commenting on fanfictions. For some of you, it takes out the pleasure of writing them and think that they are not being read. Some others, just accept that fact, but who doesn't like having at least 1 comment on their fanfics?
I'm been looking through the wiki, and saw that there is a list of 8 fanfictions on the main page.
So they've been there for as long as I can remember and I've been wanting to swicht them up to newer fanfics. Trying to find a fair way on how to do it when I got the idea of using these fanfics for a better use.
So here's my idea:
- The list would either stay the same - as 8 - or decrease to 6.
- The list would change every month.
- The stories on the list will be completed stories - not series - by different active members.
- Obiously, there are way more members than just 8 so you'll have to be patient.
- The list of member's who's turn it is, will chose one of their stories that is completed to put up.
- Every active member will chose a story from the list every month and read it.
- That's why I need your cooperation to do this. If we all work together on this, more stories will be read and commented on.
- When the member has read a story, they will comment their opinions on it.
- Members only have to read 1 story but may read more if they want.
- Please try to read a different story than the rest of the members.
- This might be hard since none of us know who is going to read what before they comment, but just go with a story that you've never heard before but might interest you.
This is pretty much all I have so far.
So before making this official, I need to see who will be dedicated in at least, reading one of th stories on the main page once a month?
I know school can make this a bit harder, but reading a story won't take long. Weekends are always there and I really believe this idea coul contribute to all of us and our fanfics.
