So. I've been noticing for a while, especially over the past couple of weeks, that there's a bit of controversy over who I allow on the IRC and how I run it.
So. First order of business- Ms. Echopaw.
You may be a user here, and the original reason I banned you was I thought I banned you on the wiki. I guess not, and I'm seriously having trouble from refraining from it now. I'm not going to because that would 1) Make me look like some sort of dictator and 2) Be unnecessary. Lucky you.
There's other reasons I ban from the IRC, and here's a list of all of them.
- You're rude and you seem to have an attitude problem. You tell me to grow up? Well, I think YOU need to grow up. There's a difference between me banning you for no reason and me banning you for being rude. I banned you for being rude.
- You keep coming back. Like, oh my God, I BANNED YOU! That means you don't come back. That's what a ban DOES. Why do you keep finding the need to do whatever you want? I'm tired of it and that's a huge reason that you're not allowed on the IRC. Last I checked, I'm admin here and there and I make the rules. I appoint Icy and Oak because 1) They actually follow my instructions for the most part, 2) They know basic IRC commands, and 3) I can't figure out how to take them away.
- And, finally, this last reason is actually personal: You curse out the way I administrate this wiki. And that really hurts, and I'm tired of subjecting myself to that. So I took the liberty of banning you. If you absolutely cannot remember a time you did that, here's photo proof. (And if you don't believe me, ask anyone: I can't draw things for my life.)
Echo, if you're gonna yell at me, can't you use correct grammar? I see that comma splice and flinch every time.

A lot of you have noticed that, hey, Forest makes up rules as she goes. Why? Because you were my first example, frankly, and gave the idea. The IRC is the only place where I make ex post facto laws, truthfully. And the only reason I do that is because YOU'RE ALREADY IN TROUBLE.
Three. Something went down yesterday that made me BOIL.
Icy and Wetty decided to unban Echo behind my back. And, oh my God, I'm trying so hard not to flip out, but when people go behind my back constantly in order to get what they want, it ticks me off. I understand the ban is controversial, but do you go behind a teacher's back when they assign you homework and unassign it for yourself? I don't think so. I'm a teacher, not Forest. Understand?
If I see that happen EVER again, I'm banning the person who did it for a month and I'm not going to be nice about it. I hope I never have to see that again. I thought I earned your respect.
I do try really hard to make y'all happy, it's really true, but we all have to remember that while I'm your friend, I am also admin and this website is an establishment with rules that Arti and I try really, really hard to keep in check. And we have reasons for it and the biggest one is to avoid anarchy, which is bad. Trust me.
