GUESS WHAT GUYS?
Okay, so a lot of you will have no idea and no interest in what I'm about to say (except maybe Firey and Brighty
I'm in a pretty good mood right now--the sun is shining, it's absolutely lovely outside, it's a four-day weekend for us, Easter is coming up (my second favorite holiday, after Christmas), and it also happens to be my birthday today. (I'm sixteen, which is really really freaky to think about.)
There's no reason in particular that I'm making this blog, except that I haven't made one in a really long time and I thought it was way past due.
Plus, I'm just so happy. One of my friends, total sweetheart by the way, baked brownies for our table today, so it might be the sugar overdrive speaking here, but yeah. It's spring and it's warming up. Of course, spring means musical, and I'm in musical pit this year. Hooray for super-long days, hou…
I intended to write this a bit closer to midnight, but I won't be home and I doubt many of you will be on the wiki either... plus, there's the whole timezones thing. So, as 2014 draws to a close, I just wanted to say: it's been wonderful! Thanks for being a part of my year, each and every one of you, just by being on WFW. This year really has been pretty incredible. I don't know, personally, I feel like I've got a slightly better grip on things now. Not to say there isn't tons I could improve on, but still.
Like any other year, this year has had its downfalls... and its highlights. I'm definitely proud of some things I achieved this year; some are physically measurable, while others are internal. I hope you guys can look back on some of …
Hi! Rainy here, dropping in on the fine peoples of WFW to inquire how all of you guys have been. I know, I know, I've been trash about staying active on here. But the first month or so of school has been so ridiculously busy, what with band and clubs and commitments and church stuff and my (pathetic excuse of a) social life. Also, and this might just be me, I'm finding my classes increasingly hard. I need to put in a lot of time and effort to earn good grades, because honestly, those are a priority for me right now. I guess I just need to grow up.
That said, I definitely haven't forgotten this place--how could I? I'm just super stressed and a bunch of stuff has been falling apart lately. I hope to write a bit more on here once I've managed…
Hi peoples of WFW!
So, this blog's title was pretty much my exact reaction to figuring out that my two-year wiki anniversary was five days ago.
Two years, guys. Two years you have
cursed bothered graced
with my presence on the wiki. I know it sounds ridiculous, but bear
with me when I say this place changed my life. I've learned so much
about writing, met so many amazing people, and discovered so many
new things. I think those of you that found one of your first
connections to the Internet community on this wiki will understand
what I mean when I say that. I'd like to say I've matured since I
first arrived on here, a crazy n00b who couldn't figure out where
the "type-y bar thingy" was on the IRC (or, for that matter, what
the IRC was--…
