| − | Secondly, the Olympics are coming up... and they're in my neighbouring city, London! Sadly, we didn't get any tickets, but the Olympic flame DID go past my house, which makes up for it. The weather is also beautiful. The British users on here will be familiar with our dreary, unpredictable weather, so you guys probably understand how cool this is for us. Now, I'd better go and find a place to explode with excitement, because I'm NOT getting my laptop filthy again (long story...) |

| − | '''EDIT''': Okay, so I just watched the opening Olympic ceremony last night, and I found it pretty cool. What sucked was that ALL of my friends got tickets, and I was reduced to watching their partying from my boring living room :(. What makes it worse is that I'm watching the judo olympics right now. Judo is my LIFE, and we applied for tickets, but didn't get any, so watching it on TV pretty much sucks. To make it worse, I can see several people in the audience who couldn't care LESS about the fights, and are actually facing away from the tatami and drinking coffee. It should be ME there! Lol :) |
