First of all, I'm giving a few of my stories up for adoption since i cant be on as much as i used to.

- Make it a community , like Arti said, and set up a rotation so people can take turns in writing.

- Everyone makes their own story with the characters already there and make the story with your own plot. So teh stories will all have different authors and different plots but same characters.
