Couple Announcements :)
Haha, soo... a couple announcements.
- Happy Veterans Day! For those of you who call it different names (in Canada it's Remembrance Day and they wear poppies, for example, because they're the flowers in the field in France where the western front was), please remember all the victims of war throughout the years. We not only pay respect to our own soldiers and their families, but also those families and their soldiers in other countries who have fought in war. Please take a moment of silence today to remember them.
- Today I'm going away for the weekend. I'll be back Sunday afternoon, hopefully.

Loss of Admin
On July 8, 2011, Artimas Hunter and I made the joint decision to appoint Wetstream to administrator status. We both felt that she would do a good job in the position after being here for a while.
After 4 months and 9 days, Wetstream has not done work adequate to the effort given by an average admin, that is to say, she has not made sure things are getting done around the wiki.
As the result, I am decreeing that Wetstream does not deserve her admin rights, and is therefore having them removed. In addition to this, for uploading three pictures on October 15, 2011, she has been banned for three days following procedures announced by Artimas Hunter.
Following common laws, Wetstream will also have her rollbacker abilities revoked.

Community Activity - Monthy Prompt 2
Hey, guys... I've come up with an idea. What if, once a month, I posted a prompt (anything, really), and you would have to respond to it in writing?
It could be one word. It could be a report (like a paragraph). It could be what you think the definition of something is. It could be a review of a book we've all read, or a book you read and thought was good.

The Social Contract
I thought this was already in place, but... I felt like we should make it official.
We need a social contract. They are extremely successful in history, making a bond between a leader and his subjects, and I think it should be applied here.
A social contract is a contract between a leader and the people he leads that says that the king will abide to his subject's requests in order to accommodate the changing social trends and opinions. That is to say, a law made a year ago may not be so appropriate now.
The people, under this contract, are allowed to make requests (or demands) for the king to consider making new laws or changing current laws.
