Another Meteor?
I don't know how explain this story, but okay...
So, one time the leader of ThunderClan who was Brickstar died, and Seawhisker took his place. But she was clearly not ready. She was always making the wrong decisions and finding her Clan in a pickle. One time Seastar didn't sleep well and even LET RiverClan steal Sunningrocks.
The only thing Seastar did right was reverse rule 8. She found out that the deputy wasn't fit to be leader, and the medicine cat knows about healing AND deciding. They are, too, used to ordering cats around.
The other leaders didn't agree. If you remember Forestpelt from story 1, you would know he had the power to send down meteors. And he did, because he really thought this was a good idea.
(Then he also gave a bomb to Tulipheart)
So he showered meteors on the three disagreeing Clans and the leaders took it as a sign they must listen to Seastar, despite her past decisions. And that's how this rule got reversed.
