Sup. Soooo I'm assuming you must want to learn how to name warriors, if you clicked on this. Good choice! I'm reeeeeeeeeeally good at that.
Things To Consider
So the first thing you should know is WHO you're naming. Take in account the fur, eyes, and features. You also want to consider the place in the story of the cat. Example One: A cat might be named Icetail because she has a white pelt. She might have gray streaks in her tail, too. Example Two: An antagonist in a story with a prophecy with a line like 'Cat's worst enemy shall descend upon the Clans' would be called something like Houndfall or Dogpelt. Why 'Hound' or 'Dog'? Because cat's worst enemy is a dog or hound. Why -fall? Because of the word 'descend'. Also think of the Clan, preferences, personality, and position. A medicine-cat probably wouldn't be named something like 'Deathstrike' or 'Sharpfang'. Sure, if you want them to be a bit of a rebel or a fighter, by all means, name them that! But otherwise, you want something like Moonberry, Rainypool, or Skypetal. I have a medicine-cat named Milktongue. She's a very gentle soul. You want to keep the Clan in mind, because a WindClan warrior will be named after things in the WindClan territories, i.e., moor plants and animals that live on the open range. You wouldn't name a WindClan warrior Frogfur, because frogs live in the ShadowClan territories, and WindClan cats wouldn't think about them a lot. Example One: A fierce RiverClan warrior who loves battle might be named Beartooth. Example Two: A kind and creative ShadowClan warrior who likes to eat sparrows could be called Birdleap. Why 'Bear'? Because bears are fishers, and might live by RiverClan territories. Why -tooth? Because it's a generally aggressive suffix, and Beartooth likes fighting.

'Bad Names'
TEEEEEECHNICALLY there's no such thing as a bad name, but there are certainly some that your readers probably won't appreciate. Don't call a cat something that doesn't make any sense, like 'Treewing' or something redundant like 'Thornthistle'. That'd be pretty boring.
